Refunds and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will refund your full purchase price within 30 days.

Lifetime Warranty

We are proud to offer the best in the business, fully transferable, lifetime warranty on all of our products. This means that if your product is damaged, regardless of the cause, and regardless if you are the original owner, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Note that this policy covers only damage that impairs the function of the product, mere cosmetic damage or wear and tear that does not impact functionality is not covered under this policy.

Intentional damage or damage due to misuse or neglect of the product is also not covered.

If a product is deemed unrepairable, we will replace it with an equivalent item or offer store credit at our discretion.

Note that shipping to our Arizona facility will be the responsibility of the customer.
